ClearView Medical Associates exists to change that. We provide continuous, connected care between visits: licensed clinicians who watch daily health data, care managers who know their patients by name, and disciplined coordination that keeps every provider on the same page.
We do not replace primary care; we extend it. Every program we run is built around partnership with the patient's existing providers.

Care is delivered through independently owned and operated professional entities licensed in each state where we serve patients, so every patient is cared for by clinicians licensed in their state.
Privacy by design
Patient health information is protected under HIPAA, transmitted securely, and used only for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations. We never sell patient data.
Honest enrollment
We verify coverage and disclose expected costs before anyone enrolls, and participation is voluntary from the first call to the last. If a program is not right for a patient, we say so.
